Scrumptious dessert in your hands within 20 minutes. Is that you are actually looking for? I admit, I look for it almost always whenever sweet cravings arose. Rava kheer, a perfectly not overly sweet dessert keeps my sweet desire satisfied at times.  No tons of ingredients here. Only few that too most common in your pantry. Meaning you surely have it in store every day.

Milk is the only ingredient which need to be little more in quantity for rava kheer. Kheer recipes are like that. More milk Is n’t it? Remember sweet corn kheer? If you are a dairy-food lover then this kheer can be a feel-good recipe for you.

Rava kheer

Though the rava kheer recipe quite simple, let me give you few tips.

Let the milk boil for few minutes and turn slightly thick before including rava. This helps in getting proper consistency and deliciousness.

Initially, when you finish cooking the kheer, it may seem watery. but after some time it turns out to be perfect in consistency. So relax.

Amount of sugar varies according to your taste buds. So vary accordingly.
