Let’s make take the full credit from nature. (Remember pineapple kesari) Pineapple dosa is absolutely incredible in it’s softness and taste. I loved it to relish with plain coconut chutney.
This happened like this. In my last vacation to India, I had visited a restaurant along with my friends. It was time of chatting, sharing thoughts and revealing all major happening of the year in each other’s life. Amidst of all this, I just glanced the menu and ordered pineapple dosa. It was yummy with porous texture and beautiful color. So the idea of fruit flavored dosa has born right at that moment in my food-blogger mind. So presenting pineapple dosa to you guys as well.
This dosa needs no lentils only rice and fenugreek seeds are soaked for good 3 hours. While grinding, coconut and pineapple cubes are also added. So it’s a yummy replacement to normal dosa.
