Here comes a snack for all the healthy folks out there. By healthy folks, I mean those of you who always avoid deep fried goodies because of their excess oil. If high calorie of deep fried snack scares you, then here comes the alternative. The same oily snack can be made in appe pan or paniyaram pan which requires much less oil and tastes exactly the same. Isn’t it good idea to substitute low calorie snack  in the place of high calorie one? So here I brief aloo bonda in appe pan recipe.

Before trying this version of snack, I was skeptical the way it turns out. But believe me, the aloo bonda looked exactly the same and it tastes too good. You never feel that it’s cooked in paniyaram pan. Absolutely delicious and without any guilt we can snack on and on.
