Home made pineapple squash is quite easy. I minced the chunks of pineapple to fine puree and strained all the fiber from it. As I checked the sweetness of fruit, it was just normal like not overly sweet. So thought of including just half cup of sugar. And it was just enough. Pineapple puree is cooked in one string consistency sugar syrup for about 10 minutes and creamy thick squash is ready. Easy isn’t it?
