Today I am posting an easy breakfast/ snack recipe that can be prepared in a jiffy. Avalakki upkari/bajil upkari was a popular breakfast dish in most marriage functions of 1980’s. Later it got replaced by Idli sambar. For breakfast, upkari is always served in combo with uppittu | upama. This combo is most commonly called as “bajil-sajjige” in Tulu.
