This beautiful yellow mango lassi is my ultimate spirit survival food this summer. It has truly revolutionized my summer.
I’m not much of a Lassi drinker, I don’t actually like sugar plus yogurt combination, said the old me. But the concept of making mango lassi with fresh, ripe mangoes has made me something of a new summer person. It takes just 5 minutes and requires 3 ingredients: Mango, Yogurt and (optional) Sugar.
This little mango lassi was my last ditch effort to cool myself down after spending few long hours in an elaborated lunch preparation in front of heat emitting stove. Cooking seems to be daunting in these days of summer in UAE where SUN is literally scorching heat.
Fast forward a couple of minutes, it’s me sitting in our prized air conditioned room, drinking a sweet, juicy, creamy mango lassi and feeling my body temperature cool by 100 degrees per second. Thank you => Mango Lassi => You are awesome.
