Grind roasted sesame seeds, grated coconut, salt and red chilly in to fine paste adding required amount of water.
Mix the ground paste with whisked curds. The consistency should be thinner than chutney, so add water if needed.
Heat a seasoning pan adding oil, mustard seeds, broken red chilly and split black gram. When the mustard seeds splutter add the seasoning to sesame tambli.
Sesame tambli is ready to be served with hot rice. Love this tambli a lot. Hope you too love it....
Note:
You can substitute red chilly with green chilly.
Use fresh curds for these tamblis. Do not use sour one.
