Mix the puffed paddy powder, crushed peanuts, roasted sesame seeds, fried cashews, cardamom powder and ghee.
Place the heavy bottom pan/Kadai with 1/4 cup of water. Add jaggery to it. Bring to boil in medium flame, when the jaggery melts completely, keep stirring and splash few drops of jaggery syrup into a bowl of water. If the jaggery syrup does not dissolve and you can make soft ball out of it then jaggery syrup is ready. Switch off the flame.
Add this jaggery syrup to puffed paddy laddo mix of first step.
Grease your palm by applying ghee and make laddos of desired size out of this mix. Now puffed paddy laddo is ready.
Offer this to Lord Krishna and seek his blessings.
