Mango Lassi Recipe | Summer Drinks

Ingredients

  • Ripe Mango cubes- 1 cup
  • Fresh yogurt- 1/2 cup
  • Sugar- 5 to 6 tsp

Instructions

Method

  • Put together all the ingredients in a blender and puree them together. Add some ice cold water to bring the lassi to right consistency.
  • Serve chilled mango lassi with some mango pieces on top.

Notes

  • Do not use sour yogurt as it turns the taste of lassi towards tangy.
  • If your mangoes are very sweet, then you can skip sugar.
  • You can substitute sugar by honey if you prefer.
