Ingredients
Ripe Mango cubes- 1 cup
Fresh yogurt- 1/2 cup
Sugar- 5 to 6 tsp
Instructions
Method
Put together all the ingredients in a blender and puree them together. Add some ice cold water to bring the lassi to right consistency.
Serve chilled mango lassi with some mango pieces on top.
Notes
Do not use sour yogurt as it turns the taste of lassi towards tangy.
If your mangoes are very sweet, then you can skip sugar.
You can substitute sugar by honey if you prefer.
