Heat oil in a pan, as it heats up add mustard seeds followed by lentils and curry leaves. Let the mustard seeds splutter, then add hycinth beans and coconut pieces.
Saute the beans for few minutes. Next add the ginger-chilly paste and 2 cups of water.
As the water starts boiling throw in salt and coriander leaves. Stirring continuously, add rice rava too.
Let it cook for few minutes. The rava absorbs water completely and comes together. Switch off the flame now.
When the rice rava mix is still warm, pinch a portion of dough and make oval shaped ball out of it. Repeat the process and arrange these dumpling balls in idli stand. Steam cook them in pressure or steamer for about 15 minutes.
Easy and healthy hyacinth beans dumplings are ready to serve as breakfast. Serve it with any chutney and sambar.
