Sprouted Moong Salad with Carrot and Pomegranate

Ingredients

  • Grated carrot- 1 cup
  • Sprouted moong green gram- 3/4 cup
  • Pomegranate seeds- 1 cup
  • Grated coconut- 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves- Handful
  • Lemon - 1/2
  • salt- 3/4 tsp

Instructions

Method

  • Add carrot, pomegranate, grated coconut, sprouted moong and coriander leaves in to a large bowl.
  • Toss them gently with your hands or using a large spoon.
  • Add salt, squeeze lemon and then mix well.
  • Sprouted moong salad is ready. Enjoy protein packed, refreshing and digestive salad.

Note:

  • Add very finely chopped green chilly or pepper powder if you like some spicy salad. I like the plain version itself.
  • For enhanced flavor you can add seasoning to salad.
