Sprouted Moong Salad with Carrot and Pomegranate

Ingredients
Grated carrot- 1 cup
Sprouted moong
green gram- 3/4 cup
Pomegranate seeds- 1 cup
Grated coconut- 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves- Handful
Lemon - 1/2
salt- 3/4 tsp
Instructions
Method
Add carrot, pomegranate, grated coconut, sprouted moong and coriander leaves in to a large bowl.
Toss them gently with your hands or using a large spoon.
Add salt, squeeze lemon and then mix well.
Sprouted moong salad is ready. Enjoy protein packed, refreshing and digestive salad.
Note:
Add very finely chopped green chilly or pepper powder if you like some spicy salad. I like the plain version itself.
For enhanced flavor you can add seasoning to salad.
