Powder the dry ginger and cardamoms finely using mortar and pestle.
Method
In wide a bowl add 4 cups of water and jaggery powder. Stir to make the jaggery dissolved in water completely. If it has impurities strain this mixture using fine strainer.
Squeeze one and a half lemon in to this panakam. Include cardamom, dry ginger and pepper powder too. Mix well and serve this panakam with crunchy lentil salad on Rama Navami.
Notes
Adjust pepper and dry ginger powder as per your taste.
I have used one and a half lemon to balance the sweetness. You can use as per your preferances.
