Rinse both the greens with enough water, roughly chop them and discard the thick stems if any. Take all the ingredients in a mixer except lemon and grind to fine puree.
Finally squeeze lemon to the chutney and transfer to a bowl.
Green chutney for chaat is ready to relish.
Notes
Do not add too much water while grinding, let it be saucy.
Do not run mixer for too long that may turn the chutney bitter.
