Separate the jackfruit pods from the fruit and remove the seed. Collect such 20 jackfruit pods.
Chop the pods in to small pieces for ease of grinding. Take these pieces in a mixer and include coconut to it.
Grind them together to little coarse paste. Do not add water.
Transfer the ground paste in to a wide bowl. Add jaggery and cardamom powder.
Mix the jagery well and ensure it is dissolved with jackfruit mix. Next include roasted sesame seeds.
Add wheat flour and mix well to smooth dough. The consistency of the dough should be loose than chapati dough.
Heat enough oil in a heavy bottom wok, when it's heated drop small lemon sized dough ball. Deep fry till they turn golden brown.
Once done, remove from oil and drain excess oil. Delicious jackfruit fritters (jackfruit muLka) is ready to serve.
