Ingredients
Green gram- 1 bowl
Fresh coconut- 1 bowl
Jaggery- 3/4 bowl
Cardamom- 2 pods

Preparation
Soak green gram in water for 2 hours.
Method
Grind soaked green gram, coconut, jaggery and cardamom pods in blender/mixer to smooth paste adding a glass of water.
Strain it using a juice strainer or muslin cloth. Press the puree nicely to extract juice as much as possible.
Add some more water to get the right consistency of juice. Green gram juice is ready to serve.Add a ice cube and serve chilled. Enjoy the health benefits of green gram juice.
Note:
You can grind once again after first extraction adding some more water. This way juice can be taken out completely.
