Heat pan/kadai adding 3 tea spoon of oil and add chopped ladies finger to it. Fry the chopped ladies finger till brown and crispy.
Grind grated coconut, mustard seeds, red chilly, tamarind and salt in to fine paste. Add water while grinding to get the consistency of chutney.
Add the fried bendi pieces to the ground paste from above step. Mix well.
Now heat seasoning pan adding oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, broken red chilly and curry leaves. Add this to the bende saasmi.
Now bende saasmi is ready to be served with hot rice.
