Mango Juice Recipe | Healthy Summer Drinks

Ingredients
Mangoes- 2 medium sized
Sugar - 3 to 4 tsp
Salt- A pinch
Pepper powder- A pinch

Instructions
Method
Wash and peel the skin of mangoes. Chop them in to small cubes and blend in to puree adding enough water.
Add sugar, salt and pepper powder to the mango juice and mix well. Adjust sugar based on the sweetness of mangoes.
Summer thrust quencher and refreshing juice is ready. Serve it chilled or with ice cubes in it.
Note:
Any variety of mango can be used for juice, but avoid fibrous ones.
As per individual preferences mango juice can be diluted adding water.
Adding pepper powder is completely optional, if you don't like the hot taste in juice, can skip it.
You can substitute sugar by either jaggery or honey according to your taste buds.
