Mango Juice Recipe | Healthy Summer Drinks

Ingredients

  • Mangoes- 2 medium sized
  • Sugar - 3 to 4 tsp
  • Salt- A pinch
  • Pepper powder- A pinch optional

Instructions

Method

  • Wash and peel the skin of mangoes. Chop them in to small cubes and blend in to puree adding enough water.
  • Add sugar, salt and pepper powder to the mango juice and mix well. Adjust sugar based on the sweetness of mangoes.
  • Summer thrust quencher and refreshing juice is ready. Serve it chilled or with ice cubes in it.

Note:

  • Any variety of mango can be used for juice, but avoid fibrous ones.
  • As per individual preferences mango juice can be diluted adding water.
  • Adding pepper powder is completely optional, if you don't like the hot taste in juice, can skip it.
  • You can substitute sugar by either jaggery or honey according to your taste buds.
